    North Port Vacant Land Company is owned by Windemere Homes, Inc. Windemere Homes is the largest builder and owner of vacant land in North Port, Florida.

    We are currently selling some of our inventory building lots, which are all in prime locations. Why as a builder would we buy an inferior lot? Windemere Homes owns over 400 lots in North Port, Florida. You may be asking why are we selling our inventory of lots? Well, these are difficult times for all of us and we have way too many lots in our inventory.

    We have many continual lots from 2 in a row to 9 in row! We are looking to only sell a portion of our 400 lots. However, we still need to have our own inventory to build houses on and 400 lots are not needed.

  2. recently came across your article and have been reading along. i want to express my admiration of your writing and for sharing your knowledge in Florida Real Estate. I am thinking about investing. Do you recommend a particular area?

      I suggest to concentrate in an area do not jump around as you need to familiarize yourself to a city and then move to the next. Pick any city and your research if your not comfortable go to the next. Do not get stuck in one place if your not comfortable. the key is research.
